Do you provide ongoing support after installation?
Yes, we offer continuous support and maintenance to ensure your systems remain efficient and reliable. Our team is available to assist with any issues that arise, providing timely solutions to keep your business running smoothly.
What are your operating hours?
The office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates. Available after hours by appointment only.

What happens if I don’t purchase an extended warranty after my warranty period expires?
After the warranty period expires and no extended warranty is purchased then Any service we do will be charged at Normal Service Rate.
Do you offer a warranty on your services?
Yes, all of our services come with a 90-day labor warranty. If any of the work we performed or products we installed stop functioning for any reason, we’ll return to fix it. If the issue is related to our work, we’ll resolve it at no additional charge. If the problem is not our fault, we’ll explain the issue, provide a timeline for repairs, and guide you on the necessary steps to fix it. Before any work begins, we’ll clearly communicate the issue and determine if it’s related to our service.
Can I add an extended warranty to my system after my initial warranty period ends?
Extended warranty can be added anytime prior to the end of your warranty contract period. You will have up to 30 day after warranty expires to purchase an extended warranty. The extended warranty include unlimited labor and programming and the replacement of up to 1 phone at no cost. The cost of the extended warranty will be $200 Base Plus $25 per user. The extended warranty will be sold by the year. Discounts given for multiple years and or More then 20 Users.
What warranty comes with Avaya products from CTAC Solutions, and what services are included?
Any Avaya product that is purchased from CTAC Solutions comes with a 3 year warranty. CTAC Solutions also provides all Avaya IP Office 500 systems purchased with a 1 year Programming Warranty and any Partner ACS systems a 90 day Parts and Labor Warranty.
Which means if you have any problems with your phones, need some of the names on the phones changed, or just decide you don’t like the way the phones ring and would like to change them, CTAC Solutions will send a tech to your site or remotely change whatever is needed at no charge.
If CTAC Solutions must send a tech to your site you will not be given a specific time of arrival. You will choose a day when a tech can arrive between 8-3 with a 30 minute or 1hr Call Ahead. If Emergency Service Is Needed and a tech will need to come out same day then all you pay is a $65 trip charge. Any Service/ labor that is done by CTAC Solutions comes with a 90 day warranty unless Colorado Telephone is not at fault. Service/labor Warranties are never charged additional even if more material was used. If customer or CTAC Solutions should need to reschedule, Please give 24 hr notice for both parties. At the end of the standard warranty You may purchase an extended warranty to keep your system protected.
